ICT is a solution for all the problems in the developing World. Streaming ICT into key sectors such as water, energy, health Governance\u00a0etc. ICT\u00a0were expected\u00a0to\u00a0transform\u00a0the entire human race to unlimited prosperous!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Evaporate of hope!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Again the\u00a0enthusiasm\u00a0on ICT as rescuer recently has dramatically evaporated. The developmental agencies look to the whole range of the failed ICT related projects. Now, they\u00a0compare\u00a0high\u00a0hope\u00a0of ICT in developmental spheres to the DOTCOM bubble in 2000s !<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Are we asking the right questions?!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Researchers, policymakers are now asking questions, is it true that ICT failed to\u00a0lift\u00a0up millions from poverty? Do we have all necessary measurements ?
